This property is great for families or if you need more than one bedroom. These are like condos and have kitchens. Nice rooms, equipped with most of the things needed including washer / dryer in the unit. The property grounds were very nice, multiple pools and barbecues. You can also use all of the facilities at the main Hilton property, which is staggering in size. Overall very nice resort.

We absolutely loved our stay at King’s Land! We had access to three different pool areas , one outside of our condo (had a waterslide) , pools with multiple slides , baby beach area and adult pool area at the main check in building and you also have full access to the pools at the Hilton Waikaloa!! We traveled with our two kids ages 13 and 11 and they had a total blast swimming in all of the pools and so did my husband and I ! Our room was a 2 bedroom suite with the golf course view and wow did our room have an abundance of space! We already are planning our trip back and can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the Big Island other than King’s Land!

Kids had lots of fun. We rented the 2 bedroom suit. Was not able to use one of the beds due to it having a huge stain that smelled like pee. Mentioned it to front staff and all she did was apologize. It was just very upsetting that my kids had to sleep on the ground and staff did nothing but apologize. Other than that stay was amazing pool was very fun do recommend this hotel

We absolutely Loved staying here- hubby had to come for work and I just tagged along. The pool and hot tub were both nice- the access to other bigger pools was also nice and access into the Lagoon and other huge pool was amazing! We would definitely bring our kids back here- VERY kid friendly!!
